Facilities
This school is situated in the heart of a delightful Wiltshire village. The original school has expanded over the years — most recently in 2015. Its extensive site with lots of green space is one of its most attractive features.
The School’s purpose-built surroundings enrich the education of its children and the learning environment is constantly reviewed and evaluated to keep pace with the growing demand for computer technology. The school also benefits from the close links it has with the communities it serves and makes full use of its rural location.
The School’s external accommodation comprises:
- a playground
- an early years outdoor learning area
- an outdoor climbing area
- a playing field
- an outdoor classroom
- Fire-pit log cabin
- A pirate ship
- a garden area with raised beds
- access to the Dinton recreational ground
- use of Dinton Park for local field trips.
Inside there are:
- four classrooms
- two rooms for individual and group learning activities
- a large hall used for daily collective worship, concerts, productions, sport and dining
- a kitchen for cooking hot dinners
- a staff room and offices.
